- Customers can purchase products independently of partner participation.
- Recruitment/headcount alone generates no payout.
- No joining-income, guaranteed-income or fixed-return promise is permitted.
- No inventory loading or forced product purchase should be used as an earning mechanism.
- Only genuine eligible paid/non-returned product sales may generate approved business value or commission.
- Returns and cancellations reverse associated business value and commission.
The compensation plan and partner enrollment remain subject to final legal/entity/commercial approval before activation.
