Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation while an order is still in a cancellable processing state. Once fulfilment or shipment has progressed beyond the cancellation point, the request is handled under the applicable delivery/return workflow.
Cancellation availability is determined by the current order status and production commerce rules. Approved cancellations reverse any related referral, business-value or commission attribution.
